What We Collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, service selection and message. It also records the website from which the enquiry was submitted and your agreement to the stated handling of your enquiry.
Please provide only information needed to discuss the job. Avoid personal information about building occupants, security codes or sensitive records.
Why Your Details Are Used
Your information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, confirm the type of work requested and protect the form from misuse. It is not submitted as a request to join a marketing list.
Passing An Enquiry To A Local Firm
With your agreement, your enquiry may be passed to a suitable local firm so it can discuss requirements and provide its own quotation. The form asks for that agreement before submission. Do not submit the form if you do not want your details shared for this purpose.
The receiving firm is responsible for explaining its own handling of your information and the terms of any work it proposes. You can decide whether to proceed with that firm.
Legal Basis
Your agreement is the basis for passing the enquiry to a local firm. Information may also be used where necessary to respond to a request for a quotation, meet legal obligations or protect the service against abuse, as applicable.
Retention And Security
Enquiry details should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access should be limited to those who need the information for those purposes. Information is sent over HTTPS when the website is deployed with its secure connection.
Your Choices And Rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction or deletion, and may have rights to restrict or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.
Use the enquiry form and select “Several services / advice” to make a privacy request, giving only the information needed to identify your earlier enquiry. If a local firm has already contacted you, you can also contact that firm about its records.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
